Houseleague Player Registration 2024
Valley East Minor Baseball Association (VEMBA) will be accepting player registrations from all youth interested in participating in the 2024 spring/summer HOUSE LEAGUE development baseball season as of February 7th, 2024.
The season starts end of May or beginning of June. All sessions are played in "the Valley". See field locations.
DIVISIONS BEING OFFERED:
5U / T-BALL MINOR
AGES: 4 and 5
YEARS: 2019 and 2020
PROGRAM: Toronto Blue Jays/Baseball Canada Rally Cap skill development program
FEE: $ 60, or $ 80 after March 31st
DURATION: approximately 14-15 weeks,
one evening session per week
(Mondays, subject to change)
7U / T-BALL MAJOR
AGES: 6 and 7
YEARS: 2017 and 2018
PROGRAM: Toronto Blue Jays/Baseball Canada Rally Cap skill development program
FEE: $ 60, or $ 80 after March 31st

one evening session per week

9U / ROOKIE
AGES: 8 and 9
YEARS: 2015 and 2016
PROGRAM: Voyageurs Baseball skill development & competitive games program
FEE: $ 220, or $ 250 after March 31st
DURATION: approximately 14-15 weeks,
two evening sessions per week
(Tuesdays and Thursdays, subject to change)
11U / MOSQUITO
AGES: 10 and 11
YEARS: 2013 and 2014
PROGRAM: Voyageurs Baseball skill development & competitive games program
FEE: $ 220, or $ 250 after March 31st
DURATION: approximately 14-15 weeks,
two evening sessions per week

13U / PEEWEE
AGES: 12 and 13
YEARS: 2011 and 2012
PROGRAM: Voyageurs Baseball skill development & competitive games program
FEE: $ 220, or $ 250 after March 31st

15U / BANTAM
AGES: 14 and 15
YEARS: 2009 and 2010
PROGRAM: Voyageurs Baseball skill development & competitive games program
FEE: $ 220, or $ 250 after March 31st
DURATION: approximately 14-15 weeks,
two evenings per week

NOTE:
- Refer to our Resources page for equipment requirements.
- All Player fees include membership to Baseball Ontario (OBA), and applicable & required Insurance(s).
- Discounts for multiple children registered from the same family.
- The Season Schedule, Venue locations, Dates & Times will be confirmed & communicated once Player Registrations are closed, the Teams formed, and The City of Greater Sudbury allocates fields with permits.
- Traditionally, all Game times are post 5:30pm on alternating weeknights, Monday to Thursday (example: Monday & Wednesday OR Tuesday & Thursday).
- Rain or other cancellation make-up dates will be scheduled based on availability.
Competitive Head Coach Applications 2024
Valley East Minor Baseball Association (VEMBA) will be accepting head coach applications from all those interested in coaching in the 2024/2025 competitive baseball season in August 2024. The season runs from November to September. See field locations.
Check here for 2024 coaching requirements. These coaching requirements may be adjusted for the 2025 season, by Baseball Ontario.

Competitive Tryouts Registration 2024
Valley East Minor Baseball Association (VEMBA) will be accepting player registrations from all youth interested in participating in the 2024/2025 development and competitive baseball season in August 2024. Indoor development season begins in November and runs through May. See field locations. The cost is $30 to try out. This includes 3x tryout sessions.
Tryout registration deadline: TBD -- must register prior to the first tryout date, by division
